Cancellation Policy
At PRINCESS LASH AND BROW we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
1. Appointments & Deposits:
• A $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is refundable upon attendance or applied toward your service.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling:
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited deposit.
• If you wish to reschedule within the 24-hour window, a new deposit may be required.
3. No-Shows:
• If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify us, your deposit will be non-refundable, and future bookings may require full payment in advance.
4. Late Arrivals:
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
5. Emergency Situations:
• We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a valid emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
